TATA & Sidhartha have planned to launch soon their new project in sector 113 Gurgaon. It will be their first Luxury project on Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway, site location is about 1km. away from Highway but near to 75 meter road, specifications haven't been finalized yet but as per me it may come with luxury segment.
Sizes would range between 2000 sq ft. to 3800 sq ft.
Price would be around Rs. 9300 psf.
Booking amount is about Rs. 10 lac - 15 lac.
Building plan & floor plan are yet to come.
Accommodation type would be 3/4 BHK & Penthouse only.

Cheque to be name in favor of "Lemon Tree Land and Developers Pvt. Ltd."get start accepting by TATA Housing with a short notice, so once this info flows in market than may be in a week the booking will get close.
