Emaar MGF group has planned to launch soon their new project in sector 112 Gurgaon. It will be their first Luxury project on Dwarka Gurgaon Expressway, site location is just 300 meter away from Highway, specifications haven't been finalized yet but that VRV a/c's and Luxury segment have been finalized.
Sizes would be between 2450-2600 sq ft.
Price would be around Rs. 8500 psf.
Booking amount is about Rs. 15 lac.
Building plan & floor plan are yet to come.
Accommodation type would be 3/4 BHK & Penthouse only.
